Important Notice

GRIND provides general fitness information and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your exercise programme.

Stop exercising and seek urgent medical assistance if you experience chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath or other serious symptoms.

How Training Summaries Are Generated

GRIND Coach analyses the workout and activity data you have logged — including session types, duration, RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion), distance, and frequency — to provide personalised fitness summaries and suggestions.

Summaries are generated using a large language model (LLM) trained on general fitness and sports-science principles. The AI considers your recent training load, variety, and recovery patterns to offer contextual guidance.

What data is used: only workout logs and activity records that you have entered into GRIND. No external health data, medical records, or biometric data is accessed unless you manually enter it.

AI Limitations

  • AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always apply your own judgement.
  • GRIND is not a substitute for a qualified coach, physiotherapist, or doctor.
  • The AI cannot assess your physical condition in real time.
  • Recommendations are general suggestions, not personalised medical or clinical advice.
  • If a recommendation does not feel right for your body, do not follow it.
